Our full-day place-based offsites create perspective-altering encounters for teams who want to lead in healthy reciprocity with the communities around them.

Our special ingredients

Our team offsites integrate three signature encounters into a single powerful learning journey. Our expert faculty work with local partners to create an experience that supports leaders to build their individual and collective awareness, hope and agency—while also investing in the place where you are.

  • We work with community partners to assemble a pop-up board whose members can give leaders insight based on their own lived experience—from neurodiversity to homelessness. Expect conversations that alter your perspectives and deepen your understanding of systemic challenges and how your organisation might tackle them.

  • Visit local impact entrepreneurs who are developing new, commercial solutions to systemic challenges.

  • Build meaningful connections with your colleagues and community while cooking, walking or making music.
